To facilitate our clients' enquiries and to enable them to receive the test reports within the shortest period of time, we will ensure that the reports will be updated onto our internet system within three working dates upon receipt of samples. The reports will be displayed in jpg file format and can be downloaded for printing.

Clients must fill in the Maternal DNA Test Request Form clearly without entering any spaces or symbols:
